Changes in Style, Size, and Photo

Once your order is placed, you accept and understand that it is a custom-made product that immediately goes into production, and there is no window for further changes.


Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address you would like to change it to. We can change the address as long as your order has not yet left our company.


Damaged/Unprinted Items

If the product arrives damaged, we will reprint the item and send it to you again free of charge. Contact us with a photo of your item and the order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days. If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, we offer a free reprint. Fill out our contact form and include a photo of your item with a description of the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will assist you. Returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Damaged or unprinted items can only be replaced within 3 months from your original order date. After this 3-month period, Future Beauty Musthaves is not responsible for replacing damaged or incorrectly printed items. Please note: The design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and sent to you, Future Beauty Musthaves is not responsible for replacing these items.


Product Image Disclaimer

Although we strive to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will reflect the actual color of the item due to screen resolution changes. Please contact us if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.


Lost Packages

If your package seems to be lost during transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order reaches you. If you do not want the package replaced, we will need to wait 14 days before refunding the order, in case the package still finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will stay in regular contact with you during the two weeks to track the progress of your order and provide you with accurate updates.


Cancellations/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing the order, as our production time is 1 day. Cancellations within the given time frame will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are unique and specially made for you, a customization fee of €9 per item is included in your purchase. If you cancel your order more than 3 hours after the purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the €9 customization fee.
